Result & Analysis

Out of the 10 Peicai staff we had interviewed , 2 were married and 8 were single . The 2 staff who were married has got 1 or 2 children , but 1 of them is still planning to have 1 or 2 children more . The 8 people who were single are intending to get married but have not found a suitable partner .

Out of the 2 staff who were married , 1 of them aged between 50's to 60's have 2 children said that during the olden days , government said that they have to stop at 2 children and it is expensive to raise children up those days . The other staff who is aged between 20's to 30's have 1 children but wants to have 3 children . She doesn't wants to have more children because their house is too small , their age is growing older and it is expensive to raise more than 3 children .

The 8 staff who were single are willing to have 2 to 3 children when they get married, because they thinks children are adorable and makes homes lively so they can have some company . They doesn't want to have more children because they are afraid that they could not afford to bring them up . And nowadays , bringing up children is expensive and people are working harder to earn more money to support their families . Some were saying it is painful for the women to give birth to more childen and some does not have enough time to take care their children .

The government is so concern about low birthrate because they are not able to sustain and need of more foreign talents , ageing population , not enough manpower to serve the country and decrease of population .

Some people suggested that the government should give more financial support , housing , more benefits , give more money bonus for giving birth , tax break , allow flexible working hours , job benefits and paternal leave to encourage more people to give birth to more children .
